Teaching students how to understand and speak great English is what we do best in Nikolaev. Our teaching staff includes two American English Language Teachers, A Canadian English Language Teacher, Six Ukrainian Certified English Teachers, teachers of Russian and other languages.

Larisa School of Language opened in 2008 teaching the very best American and British English in Nikolaev.  Our expansion in early 2010, tripled the size of our school adding new classrooms, a library with hundreds of books, English magazines and many new learning materials.  Our new piano, guitar and other musical instruments add a whole new dimension to the learning experience at Larisa School of Language.

Our State of The Art Learning Facility is second to none in Nikolaev with our Large Movie Screen and Projector.  Our Interactive Whiteboard provides the latest teaching programs available for study and presentations.  Our Interactive Whiteboard provides the best learning technologies and programs offered by Oxford,  Rosetta Stone, Headway, Longman, Macmillan, Murphy and more.  All of our teaching tools, together with our teaching staff and location make Larisa School of Language the first choice for advanced professionals as well as individuals learning English for the very first time.

Private and Group Lessons are taught seven days a week from 8 in the morning to 10 at night.  You can choose from small groups with a maximum of 10 students or mini groups with a maximum of 5.  Group lessons are one and a half hours long, morning, daytime and evening. We use Headway, Longman, Macmillan, Oxford, Rosetta Stone American English and English File Lesson and Work Books plus additional grammar references and exercises from Murphy, Heinemann, Oxford, Macmillan, Longman and more.

All levels are taught, Including Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced.  Business courses offered include Market Leader in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Law, Human Resources and Working Across Cultures.  Business English is also taught with Intelligent Business Skills Books from Longman.

In addition to printed materials, we also incorporate Computer Lab as a resource for all students at no additional charge. Our school has ten computers for Computer Lab studies where students can come to our school at their convenience and learn on our computers with the help of a teacher and teachers assistant.

State of the art English Learning Programs and Internet resources are used for Computer Lab to assist students in the learning process.  Electronic flash cards, interactive learning programs and videos are used extensively to assist students in their learning experience.  Testing is performed at set intervals to insure students English Learning Progress. Length of course is 4 months at 3 times per week or 5 months at 2 times per week.

All students enrolled at our language school are encouraged to attend other scheduled classes at various levels to allow every student the opportunity to learn at an even faster pace.  With paid tuition while attending any group course, attendance in any other group lesson is completely free.  This is just one of the many benefits available to students while attending Larisa School of Language.

Other free benefits to all students at Larisa School of Language are Free Internet access with your own laptop or use of our computers.  Use of our private lounge include free coffee or tea.  Computer lab for Self Study.  Bring a friend Program anytime.  English Club every Saturday at 10a.m.  Access to our English Library with Hundreds of Books and Magazines.
